Predixly Community Rules

Predixly creators are passionate about sports. A football is not only a sport or a game but something that makes the pulse faster, it's always a hot and trending topic for discussions, rumors and spending time together while live matches are running. We want to provide the best services according to data analytics and football industry coverage and be sure that the community we build unites football fans all over the world and all community members have enough features to review relevant content and express their opinion in a friendly manner.

Here is the list of simple rules for all Predixly community members to follow. It doesn't matter what type of account you have at https://predixly.com, the rules are the same for everyone.

1. Respect the others: don't shame or blame other users if they have a different opinion about football players, match results and everything that happens on a football field during the match.

2. Don't bully others according to their country of origin, weight and height, gender, language they speak and preferences they have.

3. If the person shows an opinion that irritates you because they cheer for a competitive football club that is normal and should not become the reason for long discussions and arguing to change the mind to the opposite opinion. People in the Predixly community may create the lists with favorite leagues, football clubs and player profiles to track the progress of the game but this information is private. We don't device football fans according to their preferences to different forums and directories, so be polite with others.

4. Don't use rude words and phrases, profanity and abusive manner of communication in any information you post in your profile or in comments to live matches. The new profiles will not be verified if you use inappropriate language as your nickname or add a correspondent image. The moderators will block your account once your tone of voice or language will harm or abuse others during the game.

5. Don't provide any advertisement in chats and comments because the account will be suspended and removed from Predixly.com property and you'll get the correspondent email about that after blocking. There is no possibility to renew the account after excuses.

6. Don't provide any referral links to other sources of information in chats for live matches.

7. Don't spam with annoying information that is not related to live matches or football at all.

8. The profiles for users are mostly private and created for reviewing information you like, but Predixly is not a social network so there is no possibility to create the public account and to add friends from other users on Predixly.

9. If they detect any suspicious behaviour with the data, use of JS/Python/PHP scripts and generate the bot traffic, the website will no longer be available by your IP-address and the user account will be deactivated.

10. Don't create multiple accounts without necessity. Once you have forgotten your password, use the recovery form or contact the support via support@predixly.com to get help.

11. Don't create empty accounts with no activity, once you don't login to Predixly account for a period more than 6 months, your account will be deactivated and the data from a private cabinet will be lost.

12. Provide your feedback and estimate the service according to short marketing questionnaires we use once we add features to make Predixly better.

13. If there are any delays in data representation or other difficulties influencing the user experience, let us know about that and send us a note via support@predixly.com.
